How much would you like to bet that those logs were actually gators? I once had a pet alligator when we lived in Florida. We didn't have a cool swamp like that though. Fantastic photography.

I never saw them move, but I also opted not to venture any closer....

This was actually in a park in a Tampa suburb (Temple Terrace) just off of the Hillsborough River. Not far from a manicured golf course. Pretty neat to be around so much bio-diversity.

Where did you guys live in FLorida?
